NorthEast Construction Management Group partnered with homeowners in downtown Easton, PA to do a complete rehab of an existing older home.
As a general contractor that also manages construction projects, we take pride in the attention we pay to communication, the care we take in planning and our ability to adapt as project parameters change.
We also enjoy working together with homeowners — helping to select and secure materials and fixtures that are important to the design — to assure the vision they have for their build becomes reality.
For this project, we gutted the entire historic house — three stories plus a basement and attic — and provided new build out and finishes. This included: windows; flooring; fixtures; the kitchen; as well as all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Repairing and restoring a beautiful original brick wall that was a focal point between the living room and kitchen was also a key element of this rehab.
